Treat Dry and Damaged Hair
Directions:
- Massage a generous amount coconut oil on your hair and scalp
- Cover with shower cap
- Leave overnight
- Wash and rinse in the morning
Give Yourself Healthy Nails
- shea butter
- latex gloves
Directions:
- Rub natural shea butter into your nail bed and cuticles
- Apply latex gloves for 20 minutes (do not apply gloves if allergic to latex)
- Remove gloves and rinse with warm water
You Deserve Soft Glowing Skin
- beeswax
- olive oil
- unprocessed honey
Directions:
- Measure equal parts of beeswax, unprocessed honey and olive oil
- Melt the beeswax over low heat
- Remove from heat and mix in honey and olive oil
- Apply this mixture all over entire body and leave it on for 5 minutes
- Rinse in shower and repeat daily
Goodbye Cracks, Hello Smooth Feet
- 3 teaspoons vegetable oil
- thick socks
Directions:
- Wash feet and dry completely using a clean towel
- Apply a generous layer of vegetable oil on the cracked parts of your feet
- Cover with a pair of thick socks and leave on overnight.
- Wash feet in the morning (repeat daily)
Well Rested Eyes
- aloe vera gel
- Q-tips
Directions:
- Carefully apply aloe vera with Q-tip to under eye area
- Gently rub in the aloe vera
- Apply 1-2 times daily
