White Chocolate M&M Snack Mix Perfect Game Night Snack

When you mention Family Game Night to my boys, I’m sure you can guess the first thing they think of. XBox! Are you surprised? They’re boys who love nothing more than a good racing competition on the big screen, especially with their Dad!

The hilarious part is when they think having Mom play will actually be a challenge. These boys of mine are amazingly good at games, even the first time they play. I do not stand a chance, so I stick to what I’m good at.

I make the snacks for Family Game Night and I’m pretty competitive with those too. There’s no plain popcorn or bag of candy at our house, this Mama is going to kick it up a notch and make something like this White Chocolate M&M Snack Mix that lasts about five seconds with three guys in the house.

We picked up Forza 4 and all the supplies I needed to make this delicious snack at Walmart while we were out and planned ahead for a game night over the weekend.

We have a theater room with a big screen, projector and surround sound that my guys play their games on. I’m telling you, it’s like you are in the race. It’s fast and loud, just the way the boys want it to be! I never stood a chance beating them, I need to stick with baking!

How to Make White Chocolate M&M Snack Mix

Ingredients

5 Cups of Pretzels
5 Cups of Cheerios
5 Cups of Chex Cereal (I used Corn)
2 Cups of Peanuts (I used Party Peanuts)
1 19 oz. Bag of M&M’s (I used Plain)
1 Package of Vanilla Candy Coating

Instructions

Mix the pretzels, Cheerios, Chex Cereal, Peanuts and M&M’s together in a large bowl.

Melt the Vanilla Candy Coating in the microwave for the time specified on the package.

Pour the Vanilla on the cereal mixture in the large bowl.

Mix it until everything is full covered.

Spread the Mixture out on cookie sheets for it to dry. Enjoy!
